Job Responsibility

  • Conducting consultations with physical persons or legal entities to assess eligibility for Golden Visa and Work Mobility programs
  • Providing strategic and procedural advice to ensure compliance with program requirements for investment or employment opportunities
  • Preparing and reviewing visa and residency permit applications, legal documents, and supporting materials
  • Representing clients in transactions and before public authorities or banking institutions
  • Handling multiple and complex legal issues with initiative and flexibility within demanding timeframes
  • Staying updated on developments in immigration laws and performing legal research and analysis
  • Maintaining consistent and transparent communication with clients regarding case progress
  • Collaborating effectively as an active team member and sharing knowledge with associates

Requirements

  • Minimum 5 years of legal experience
