Job Description

We are looking for an Immigration Attorney to support employment-based immigration matters. The position calls for sound judgment, precise drafting, and the ability to collaborate closely with legal support staff while ensuring consistent, high-quality case preparation.

Job Responsibility

  • Communicate with clients and sponsored employees throughout the case lifecycle to explain requirements, provide updates, and outline next steps
  • Direct and support legal assistants and paralegals by delegating assignments, reviewing work product, and promoting consistent standards across case preparation
  • Provide training and day-to-day guidance to immigration support staff to strengthen accuracy, efficiency, and quality control
  • Conduct legal research on nuanced immigration issues and offer strategic recommendations tailored to client objectives
  • Assist individuals with document collection and questionnaire completion, including resolving routine technical issues during the intake process

Requirements

  • Juris Doctor degree and active license to practice law in the United States
  • At least 1 year of business or corporate immigration experience
  • Strong legal writing skills with the ability to prepare petitions, motions, briefs, and detailed responses to agency notices
  • Excellent communication skills for effective interaction with clients, employees, and internal teams
  • Proven ability to manage a high-volume caseload while maintaining accuracy and meeting deadlines
  • Strong organizational and computer skills, with the ability to work efficiently in a deadline-driven legal environment
