We are seeking a bilingual (fluent in Spanish) Attorney to support Master Hearing duties within the immigration legal process. This position involves working directly with clients, preparing case materials, and assisting with immigration proceedings in a structured, process‑driven environment.
Job Responsibility:
Represent clients in immigration matters, including Master Hearings
Guide clients through sensitive experiences and gather essential case details
Prepare legal documents and maintain organized case files
Utilize case management software to track and update case progress
Follow detailed instructions, workflows, and established processes
Collaborate with internal teams to support ongoing legal needs
Requirements:
J.D. from an ABA‑approved law school
Active bar membership in good standing (any state)
Basic knowledge of immigration law required
Experience in USCIS (affirmative) or EOIR/Immigration Court (defensive) matters preferred
Experience with mock trial, moot court, depositions, or litigation preferred
Ability to work compassionately with clients and remain focused on key facts
Experience with case management software preferred
Must be bilingual
Proficient in MS Word, MS Excel, and MS Outlook
Comfortable using Dropbox or similar document‑management tools
Strong typing and general computer skills
Nice to have:
Experience in USCIS (affirmative) or EOIR/Immigration Court (defensive) matters
Experience with mock trial, moot court, depositions, or litigation
