Business immigration law firm is seeking an Immigration Attorney to join our team on a fully remote basis. The ideal candidate will have at least two years of hands-on experience managing employment-based adjustment of status cases and possess exceptional legal acumen when advising corporate clients, employees, and stakeholders. As part of our rapidly growing practice, you will collaborate with knowledgeable legal professionals, directly impact clients’ futures, and contribute to advancing best-in-class immigration solutions for businesses of all sizes. This role offers flexibility to work from anywhere in the U.S., with the requirement to maintain regular business hours aligned with the Pacific Time (PST) zone. In this role, you will oversee adjustment of status caseloads for business clients, manage filings, draft legal documentation, advise on immigration strategies, and maintain high standards of service in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
Job Responsibility:
Assist with adjustment of status immigration proceedings for employment-based cases
Manage caseload from intake to resolution, ensuring timely and accurate filings
Draft and review legal documents, including petitions, applications, and responses to USCIS or other agencies
Advise employers and employees on eligibility, requirements, and legal risks in business immigration matters
Communicate professionally with clients, government agencies, and internal team members
Stay current with evolving immigration laws, policies, and procedures
Collaborate with other attorneys and paralegals to ensure high-quality client service
Requirements:
Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school and active bar license in any U.S. jurisdiction
Minimum of 2 years’ experience handling business immigration matters
Prior experience with adjustment of status cases is preferred
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Strong attention to detail and ability to prioritize under deadlines
Comfortable working independently in a remote, digital environment
Must be available to work standard business hours on Pacific Time (PST)
