Job Description

Our client, a global investment firm based in New York City, is seeking an Immigration and Global Mobility Specialist to join its Human Resources team. This role will oversee the firm’s immigration strategy and day-to-day operations while supporting key global mobility initiatives, including international relocations and short-term assignments. The position will partner closely with recruiters, hiring managers, and external counsel to manage work authorization processes, ensure compliance with immigration regulations, and deliver a seamless experience for international employees throughout the immigration and mobility lifecycle. The ideal candidate is an experienced immigration professional with deep knowledge of U.S. and international immigration processes who thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
