BAE Systems, Inc. has a contingent opening for an Expert-level IMINT Analyst supporting US Army INSCOM primarily on Ft. Gordon, GA. The candidate’s role will be to perform GEOINT exploitation, analysis and reporting of all Advanced GEOINT and Full Spectrum GEOINT (FSG) related disciplines, tradecraft, and products produced by INSCOM MIB-Theater Integrated GEOINT Divisions (IGD). Sub-disciplines include but are not limited to Synthetic Aperture RADAR (SAR), Electro-Optical (EO), Moving Target Indicator (MTI), Light Detection and Ranging (LiDAR), Overhead Persistent Infrared (OPIR), Geospatial Information and Services (GI&S), Wide Area Persistent Surveillance (WAPS), geospatial data processing, and general intelligence analysis. The candidate must possess extensive knowledge and experience in GEOINT and be considered an expert in the field.

Job Responsibility:

  • Perform GEOINT exploitation, analysis and reporting of all Advanced GEOINT and Full Spectrum GEOINT (FSG) related disciplines, tradecraft, and products produced by INSCOM MIB-Theater Integrated GEOINT Divisions (IGD)
  • Sub-disciplines include but are not limited to Synthetic Aperture RADAR (SAR), Electro-Optical (EO), Moving Target Indicator (MTI), Light Detection and Ranging (LiDAR), Overhead Persistent Infrared (OPIR), Geospatial Information and Services (GI&S), Wide Area Persistent Surveillance (WAPS), geospatial data processing, and general intelligence analysis

Requirements:

  • Doctoral Degree in Remote Sensing, Cartography, Geography, or related field AND 5 years CURRENT GEOINT Analysis experience
  • MA/MS in Remote Sensing, Cartography, Geography, or related field AND 10 years CURRENT GEOINT Analysis experience
  • BA/BS degree in Remote Sensing, Cartography, Geography, or related field AND 15 years of Intelligence Analysis experience to include 8 years of CURRENT GEOINT Analysis experience
  • Relevant specialized experience must be in the application of space-based GEOINT
  • Expert knowledge of the full spectrum and commercial satellite capabilities, including tasking and collection processes and protocols
  • Expert knowledge of GEOINT software including RemoteView, SOCET GXP, and ArcGIS
  • Experience with photogrammetric principles and techniques, as well as experience with conducting Foundational Military Intelligence analysis and baseline reporting
  • Ability to collaborate with GEOINT analysts to deconstruct problems and develop effective analysis and collection approaches, collaboration with partners across the IC and DoD on technical or substantive topics
  • Knowledge of relevant GEOINT-related Army, National System for GEOINT (NSG), or Intelligence Community (IC) policies
  • Expert ability to present intelligence information via multimedia presentations and written reports
  • Experience with object-based production (OBP), structured observation management (SOM), activity-based intelligence (ABI), and analytic modeling
  • Ability to work non-traditional hours or days if mission requirements emerge
  • Must Be Able To Obtain Top Secret/SCI Polygraph clearance
  • Must Currently Possess Top Secret/SCI clearance
  • U.S. Citizenship Required
  • U.S. Person Required
