Job Description:

Immediate permanent role to join an established IT Services organization with a long-standing reputation as the first‑choice technology partner for law firms, legal departments, and detail oriented services organizations. This team supports clients nationwide, helping them adopt, migrate, configure, and integrate both iManage Cloud and On‑Premises solutions. The iManage Systems Engineer will join a team responsible for guiding clients through the full lifecycle of iManage implementations, conversions, migration, system configuration, troubleshooting, and ongoing support. The role also involves contributing to broader IT systems and infrastructure, including O365, Active Directory, Azure or AWS, and general networking.

Job Responsibility:

  • Support nationwide clients through adoption, migration, and integration of iManage Cloud and On‑Prem solutions
  • Perform conversions, implementations, configurations, and troubleshooting
  • Collaborate with internal teams to deliver high‑quality remote support
  • Assist with IT environment components including O365, AD, Azure/AWS, and networking fundamentals

Requirements:

  • 8+ years of iManage experience
  • 4+ years as an iManage Engineer
  • Strong background in conversions, migrations, and configurations
  • iManage certification required
  • Experience with iManage Cloud is a plus
  • Familiarity with O365, Active Directory, Azure/AWS, and basic networking
