Requirements

  • Successful completion of a fully accredited training program in the pertinent modality
  • Successful and valid registration/certification by a nationally recognized accrediting agency in the specific modality
  • One or more years of experience in the specific modality
  • Modality specific advanced level registry must be obtained within twelve months of hire date
  • Must be experienced in operating equipment and evaluating images obtained, including anatomy and pathology
  • Basic Life Support - CPR
  • Medical Radiographer: NV
  • Registered Technologist Radiography ARRT or Certified Nuclear Medicine Technologist or Registered Diagnostic Medical Sonographer or Registered Vascular Technologist or Registered Technologist Computed Tomography
  • Must be available to take call and arrive at the hospital with a 30-minute response time
  • Should have or develop expertise in multiple modalities of Radiology
