Randstad Canada is currently seeking an Imaging Specialist Associate to join a document processing facility in Coquitlam, BC. This is a fantastic full-time opportunity for someone looking to build their skills in a clean, organized, and supportive workspace.

Job Responsibility

  • Scanning documents, ensuring quality control, indexing files, and releasing materials to clients.
  • Scanning – Loading sheets into one of various types of scanners for processing and returns sheets to the box in the same order as received.
  • Quality – Confirming accuracy of scanned documents
  • Release/Index – Documenting of files and releasing scanned material to customers
