Job Responsibility

Operate the TMAC scanner and Fujifilm GFX 100Sii camera to capture high-fidelity scans of all material categories (roller shades, fabrics, faux wood, wood, cellular, natural woven, sheer shading, mini metal blinds, vertical blinds, shutters)
Ensure materials are straight and properly aligned using a laser level before scanning
Monitor and manage scanning process
Organize and prepare samples for scanning, including steaming or pressing fabric if required
Compile cut samples of scanned materials to create and maintain a Material Reference Book
Communicate and liaise with the Sample Material Team and CGI Coordinator to pull, track, and request materials
Maintain accurate records in Excel, ensuring SKU cross-referencing is up to date
Ensure safe handling of materials and equipment
