Job Description:

We are looking for a motivated intern to join the Digital Factory team and support quality control activities for product images. The resource will help ensure that visual assets meet the required standards and are properly managed within the company platforms.

Job Responsibility:

  • Perform quality checks on product images (visual consistency, format, naming, alignment with standards)
  • Execute uploads and system-level checks in internal platforms
  • Conduct data extractions and cross‑checks from various digital systems
  • Update trend charts within presentations
  • Report anomalies, prepare documentation, and monitor issue resolution
  • Collaborate with the teams involved in the process.

Requirements:

  • Good knowledge of Excel (pivot tables, XLOOKUP, basic data analysis functions)
  • Basic knowledge of Photoshop
  • Good knowledge of PowerPoint
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to work with structured processes and checklists
  • Interest in visual content, photography, digital asset management, or digital quality
  • Good organizational skills and teamwork attitude
  • Knowledge of English to facilitate communication with the photography teams involved
  • Familiarity with asset management tools (PLM/CL/DAM) is a plus, or a strong willingness to learn them quickly.
