Robert Half is partnering with an industry-leading manufacturer to identify their next IM& S Planner to support operations in Moline, IL. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys problem-solving, collaboration, and working in a fast-paced, process-driven environment.

Job Responsibility:

  • Converting requisitions and shopping carts into purchase orders
  • Resolving blocked invoices, delinquent orders, PO transmission issues, and shopping cart errors
  • Educating, training, and providing on-demand support to suppliers and internal stakeholders
  • Executing the Annual Framework process
  • Partnering cross-functionally to ensure smooth procure-to-pay operations

Requirements:

  • 1+ year of experience in Supply Management and/or Logistics
  • 1+ year of SAP Materials Management experience
  • Experience within a Procure-to-Pay environment (requisition to purchase order)
  • Customer service experience supporting internal or external stakeholders
  • Exposure to data and analytics tools such as Power BI or Tableau
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office products
  • High attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple priorities
  • Bachelor’s degree preferred
