Position Overview The ILS / Configuration Management Specialist provides integrated logistics and configuration management support for the OPC program, ensuring that system configurations are accurately documented, controlled, and maintained throughout the asset lifecycle. This role supports outfitting activities, configuration tracking, and audit processes, including Physical Configuration Audits (PCAs). Operating within a shipbuilding environment, the specialist coordinates with program personnel, shipbuilders, and logistics teams to ensure alignment between system design, installation, and documentation. The position plays a critical role in ensuring readiness and compliance, supporting successful cutter delivery by maintaining configuration integrity and supporting lifecycle logistics processes.
Job Responsibility:
Track outfitting requirements and configuration changes
Support Physical Configuration Audits (PCAs)
Maintain configuration documentation and records

Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Logistics, or related field
4+ years of configuration management or ILS experience
