Requirements:
Create high-quality illustrations for various marketing purposes, including banners, social media visuals, app store imagery, and promotional materials
Design adapt illustrative assets for in-game marketing content, such as splash screens, event banners, and themed icons
Develop creative assets for cross-promotions, user acquisition campaigns, and advertising platforms
Create branding materials, such as logos, infographics, presentations, and event-specific designs like posters and merchandise
Ensure all designs and illustrations are optimized for their intended platform or format, including print and digital channels
Able to use and combine the technical skills, creativity and attention to detail to adapt to diverse styles and project needs
Incorporate client feedback (lead/internal teams/licensor) and ensure revisions are completed on spec and on time
Adapt quickly to feedback from stakeholders, including marketing, legal, and licensing teams, ensuring the final product aligns with requirements
Participate in meetings and consistently contribute fresh, creative ideas
Provide input into the creative direction, shaping the overall narrative and tone of 2D assets
Learn and adhere to artistic, IP, and licensing guidelines
