Job Responsibility

  • Lead the IKEA Business offering and be manage the overall performance of the business portfolio
  • Utilise the insights in the markets to create clarity on the specific needs of the business customers (current and potential future customers) in the various business segments and across relevant markets
  • Lead the development of the required business offer processes, ways of working, tools, measurements and follow up to ensure that all relevant pre-conditions for success are in place
  • Support markets in securing clients for B2B offerings, by providing negotiation materials and best practices, as well as develop solutions enabling B2B conversion

Requirements

  • Minimum 5 years of related experience
  • Minimum 1 year of managerial experience
