As an IKEA Food Team Leader, your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to: Maintaining IKEA Quality and Food Safety Standards, producing and dating food according to specifications complying with HACCP standards and ensuring compliance training is kept up to date throughout the team as well as ensuring daily operational routines and actions are implemented. Lead, develop and coach your team of co-workers to ensure they are given the necessary support, training and mentoring so they can provide an exceptional customer experience. Ensure that both the Commercial and Operational areas of the Food department is efficiently maintained as well as clean, organised, attractive and inviting to provide a positive customer experience. Actively sell our IKEA Food products that customers love and find creative ways to merchandise and drive sales. Strong ability to support and lead change management within the department and the wider store.

Job Responsibility:
