Job Description:

The IKEA Food Coworker ensures a better everyday life through food that's good for people and planet. Responsibilities include preparing and displaying food, maintaining cleanliness, focusing on sales targets, and being an active IKEA Ambassador. The position takes place within a fast-paced, physically demanding environment and emphasizes health and safety standards.

Job Responsibility:

Preparing food according to daily forecasting needs
ensuring quality, freshness and great service is always top of mind
making sure that food products are always displayed in an attractive manner
focusing on daily and weekly sales targets and top-selling products
being an active IKEA Ambassador by always focusing on customers
keeping informed about sourcing practices, ingredients, specials and standards
maintaining a clean, tidy, organized, visually inviting workspace
actively participating in all IKEA safety standards, policies, and food waste programs
assisting other co-workers with tasks as required

Health-and-Safety-conscious
6 months of customer service experience in a similar environment (preferred but not required)
ability to work in a physically demanding, fast-paced environment
