Job Description:

Job Responsibility:

Preparing food according to daily forecasting needs
ensuring quality, freshness and great service is always top of mind
making sure food products are always displayed in an attractive manner
focusing on daily and weekly sales targets and top-selling products
being an active IKEA Ambassador by focusing on customers
keeping informed about sourcing practices, ingredients, specials and standards
maintaining a clean, tidy, organized workspace
actively participating in all IKEA safety standards, policies, and food waste programs
assisting other co-workers with tasks as required

Requirements:

energized by teamwork
Health-and-Safety-conscious
at least 6 months of customer service experience in a similar environment (preferred but not required)
okay with working in a physically demanding, fast-paced environment
