Job Responsibility:
Assist with basic cooking and food preparation
Serve customers and provide a friendly, helpful experience
Maintain food quality, freshness, and presentation
Keep all food areas clean, organized, and safe
Follow all IKEA food safety and waste‑reduction policies
Answer customer questions about ingredients and menu items
Support teammates during peak times
Learn IKEA’s Swedish food products, specials, and prep standards
Help meet daily/weekly sales goals
Requirements:
