Job Description:

The IKEA Food & Beverage Team Leader ensures a great shopping experience for customers, leads by example, and contributes to the store's success by focusing on commercial activities, people management, and operational efficiency.

Job Responsibility:

Ensure customers are always in focus and strive to make them smile
Lead by example and be a good ambassador for the IKEA store
Secure an irresistible food offer by ensuring an attractive presentation and communication of the range
Work with manager to ensure all co-workers understand the IKEA Concept and key guidelines
Contribute to making the IKEA store successful, high performing and capable of achieving sales growth
Ensure that the IKEA Quality and Food Safety Policies and routines are followed

Requirements:

Food Safety Certificate
Experience of working in vibrant retail environment with proven track records
Team Management
Experience of serving customers
