The IKEA Food & Beverage Team Leader ensures a great shopping experience for customers, leads by example, and contributes to the store's success by focusing on commercial activities, people management, and operational efficiency.

Job Responsibility:

  • Ensure customers are always in focus and strive to make them smile
  • Lead by example and be a good ambassador for the IKEA store
  • Secure an irresistible food offer by ensuring an attractive presentation and communication of the range
  • Work with manager to ensure all co-workers understand the IKEA Concept and key guidelines
  • Contribute to making the IKEA store successful, high performing and capable of achieving sales growth
  • Ensure that the IKEA Quality and Food Safety Policies and routines are followed
