Job Description:

IKEA Food Assistant role responsible for attracting visitors to the stores by encouraging IKEA store visitors to stay longer and enjoy more. Strives towards making people smile and build trust for the IKEA store among customers, co-workers, and suppliers. Provides irresistible food offers in a welcoming atmosphere that gives customers a good reason to return.

Job Responsibility:

Attract visitors to the stores and encourage IKEA store visitors to stay longer
Make people smile and build trust for the IKEA store
Provide irresistible food offers in a welcoming atmosphere
Ensure customers are always in focus with attitude based on IKEA values
Be a good ambassador for the IKEA store
Passionate about products and actively learn about their content, origins, and benefits
Optimize sales by knowing top-selling products
Support range changes and prepare area readiness
Contribute to department's action plan and in-store activities
Comply with internal rules, policies, and daily operational routines
Execute IKEA store operations in line with Functional Commercial Review standards

Requirements:

Experience in food management and industry
Sales-driven and passionate about food and people
Willing to learn new skills
Enjoy working in a vibrant fast-paced retail environment
Service-minded and customer-focused
Flexible and open to change
Confident in approaching and talking to people
Personal initiative and good attention to details
Good communication and interpersonal skills
Computer literate in MS Office system
