Job Responsibility:

  • Secure the correct flow of ordering, goods receiving, and invoices
  • Secure matching of invoices against delivery notes and order documents and take actions upon deviations
  • Register damaged goods through CASY and / or claims and follow through with approved credit notes
  • Secure that proper end of month reports are submitted to Accounting and bookkeeping demands are met
  • Registration of internal stock adjustments as well as the proper handling of associated costs
  • Identify stock deviations and alert management in order that proper actions are taken
  • Identify articles requiring inventory spot-checks and assist in analyzing the discrepancy if needed
  • Cooperate with Business Navigator to secure accurate reporting of inventory adjustments and costs
  • Support management with IKEA Food specific systems
  • Carry out all actions in accordance with local laws as well as IKEA internal rules and regulations
