Job Description:

To convert IKEA visitors to IKEA FAMILY members, ensuring long-term relationships and leveraging membership benefits for increased customer traffic, membership activation, and sales growth.

Job Responsibility:

To attract and recruit new IKEA FAMILY members in the local market
To develop long-term relationships with customers
To use shopping behaviour and feedback to match customers’ expectations
To care for and reward IKEA FAMILY members to ensure long-term loyalty
To communicate the IKEA FAMILY concept and benefits throughout the store

Requirements:

To understand the market, customers and their living situations and use this to actively recruit and activate members of IKEA FAMILY
To analyse store’s performance, customer feedback and information from the database
To recruit and activate IKEA FAMILY members using global, national and local offers combined with planned national recruitment campaigns to optimise local potential
To influence and co-operate with the store commercial team, country IKEA FAMILY manager and other support functions
To secure that all co-workers know the IKEA FAMILY concept and can sell the benefits to customers
To monitor performance against agreed goals and adapt actions when required
