Job Responsibility:

  • Attract, recruit, and activate new IKEA FAMILY members in the local market
  • Build strong, long-term relationships with members by understanding their life at home, needs, and shopping behavior
  • Ensure clear communication of IKEA FAMILY benefits and offers throughout the store, in close collaboration with other functions
  • Analyse customer feedback, store performance, and membership data to continuously improve relevance and engagement
  • Develop and implement activities, events, seminars, and offers that inspire members to visit the store more often and buy more
  • Care for and reward IKEA FAMILY members to ensure long-term loyalty and retention
