Job Responsibility

  • Lead & Inspire the Country Network: Build, coach, and empower a cross functional country team for IKEA Business & Financial Services
  • Own the Business & the P&L: Lead and develop the total IKEA Business and Financial Services portfolio in the country
  • Turn Strategy into a Country Roadmap: Translate the vision into an executable 12–36 month roadmap, sequenced by impact and readiness
  • Orchestrate the Partner Ecosystem: Develop and govern strategic relationships with banks, PSPs, fintechs, and insurers in line with the IKEA Business & Financial Services Governance Framework
  • Govern Risk & Compliance by Design: Ensure AML/KYC, credit risk, data privacy, and consumer protection requirements are designed into journeys and operations
  • Commercial Activation Across Channels: Integrate FS and IKEA Business offers into store, remote selling, and digital journeys
  • Acquire, Activate & Retain B2B Customers: Grow IKEA Business sign ups, active accounts, and lifetime value via segmented offers, lifecycle CRM, key account management, and solution selling
  • Relentless Customer Experience Improvement: Redesign end to end journeys to remove friction and make sustainable choices the easy choice
  • Program & Change Leadership: Lead cross functional planning and execution rhythms (QBRs, steerco, stand-ups)
  • Sustainability & Circularity Embedded: Integrate green financing, circular models (leasing, buy back, refurbished), and responsible lending into the portfolio

Requirements

  • Broad Financial Services Expertise: Deep understanding of payment infrastructure, issuing/acquiring, credit risk, partner economics, and FS product revenue models
  • B2B Market Mastery: Knowledge of the local and global B2B landscape—SME and enterprise needs, decision cycles, procurement and invoicing, key account mechanics, and solution selling
  • Regulatory Fluency: Strong grasp of local/global regulations impacting payments, credit, consumer duty, AML/KYC, data privacy—and the ability to translate regulation into strategy
  • Customer & Multichannel Excellence: Track record improving conversion and loyalty across store and digital journeys
