Be the difference where it matters most — in homes, in communities, and in lives. We’re looking for a passionate, creative, and dedicated Master level Clinician to join our In-Home Therapy team. If you’re someone who thrives outside the office and wants to make a tangible difference in the lives of children and families, this is the role for you.

Job Responsibility:

  • Assessing families and youth in their natural environments (home, school, community)
  • Developing treatment plans that reflect family voice and choice
  • Providing therapy to youth and families using evidence-based approaches
  • Preventing hospitalizations and out-of-home placements
  • Managing crises and building safety plans that actually work
  • Guiding families toward healthier relationships, better communication, and stronger emotional wellness
  • Teaming up with our bachelor’s-level support staff to provide comprehensive wraparound care

Requirements:

  • Master’s or Doctorate in Social Work, Mental Health Counseling, Psychology, or related field - must be license eligible
  • Valid MA Driver’s License and access to a reliable vehicle with a good driving record
  • At least 1 year of experience working with children, adolescents, and families in a therapeutic setting
  • Strong communication skills & emotional intelligence
  • Ability to make clinical judgments and work independently

What we offer:
  • Flexible scheduling + hybrid documentation time
  • Professional supervision and clinical growth opportunities
  • Mileage reimbursement
