Job Responsibility:

  • Monetize Social Media Projects: Develop and execute sales strategies to generate revenue from our existing social media assets : preparing and delivering persuasive sales presentations, media plans, and proposals to secure contracts and upsell additional services
  • Managing and nurturing relationships with clients across Brazil : negotiate and close deals for sponsored content placements on the media sections of our in-house sites like Trivela, Umdoisesportes, and Lakersbrasil
  • Understanding clients’ marketing objectives, industry trends, and audience insights to propose tailored media solutions
  • Run CPM/CPC Campaigns: Manage and optimize CPM (Cost Per Mille) campaigns across our network of sites. Collaborating with internal teams to address operational challenges and customize campaigns for optimal performance
  • Monetize Media and Social Assets: Identify untapped opportunities to commercialize our media and social media inventory, such as affiliate partnerships, native ads, and custom integrations
  • Monitoring sales performance, analyzing data, and staying informed about competitor activity and market trends
  • Conducting regular client check-ins, attending industry events, and representing the company in networking opportunities

Requirements:

  • Fluent in Brazilian Portuguese and English, with excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Proven experience in media sales or brand partnerships, including expertise in programmatic and social media monetization
  • Strong understanding of media platforms
  • Strong interest in sports and solid understanding of the sports calendar to identify and leverage sales opportunities
  • Demonstrated ability to meet and exceed sales targets
  • Ambitious, adaptable, and thrives in fast-paced environments
  • Proactive, with a solutions-oriented mindset and a passion for building lasting client relationships
