At North Star Network, we’re searching for a Business Manager – Brazil to lead and grow our operations across key brazilian market. This role suits someone strategic, data-driven, and commercially minded, with a deep understanding of digital growth, sports culture, and the iGaming ecosystem in Brazil. You’ll collaborate closely with our Content, SEO, Product, and Business teams to drive market performance, ensure profitability, and build the strategic roadmap for NSN’s expansion – shaping the development of some of our most competitive and high-potential markets.
Job Responsibility:
Conduct market research to identify trends, regulatory evolutions and competitive dynamics in Brazil
Define and execute growth strategies for each market
Build clear, data-driven roadmaps with KPIs and milestones aligned with company goals
Ensure strategic alignment across Product, Content, SEO and Business functions
Own the full P&L for the Western Europe portfolio, revenue, costs, and profitability
Track and analyze key KPIs (traffic, conversion, FTDs, rankings, ROI)
Provide actionable insights to guide investment and prioritization decisions
Support the BU Coordinator in budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning
Identify and develop new monetization streams (affiliate deals, fix fees, branded partnerships, sponsorships)
Collaborate with SEO and Product teams to optimize funnels and conversion rates
Test and validate new business models to diversify revenue generation
Lead and develop a multidisciplinary team (Account Managers, Content Editors, SEO Specialists)
Recruit, coach and grow team members through clear objectives and continuous feedback
Foster a collaborative, high-performance culture based on ownership and data-driven decisions
Oversee market-specific content strategies and SEO roadmaps
Partner with Product and UX teams to improve user experience and conversion
Encourage innovation and structured experimentation across teams
Monitor iGaming regulations and advertising restrictions in Brazilian markets
Ensure all affiliate content and deals comply with local requirements
Collaborate with Legal and Compliance teams to anticipate and mitigate risks
Identify and nurture strategic partnerships in key Brazilian regions
Support M&A and strategic initiatives with business rationale and data-driven insights
Maintain transparent, long-term relationships with local partners and platforms
Requirements:
Native or fluent English and portuguese speaker
5+ years’ experience in business management, affiliate marketing
Deep understanding of Brazilian digital ecosystems, sports media and betting markets
Proven ability to manage P&L and deliver commercial growth
Analytical and strategic mindset, with strong reporting and leadership skills
Experience leading teams across content, SEO and commercial functions
