Job Responsibility

  • Lead end-to-end IFS Cloud ERP implementations for clients across various industries, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards
  • Collaborate with client stakeholders to define project scope, objectives, and deliverables aligned with business goals
  • Coordinate and manage cross-functional project teams, including consultants, developers, and client resources
  • Monitor project progress using established methodologies (e.g., PRINCE2, Agile), manage risks, and proactively resolve issues to maintain momentum
  • Act as the key point of contact for clients, ensuring clear communication and a strong partnership throughout the project lifecycle
  • Ensure alignment between functional and technical workstreams within the IFS implementation
  • Drive change management and support client adoption strategies to secure long-term project success
  • Contribute to Arcwide’s internal knowledge base and mentor junior team members where needed

Requirements

  • Proven experience managing full-cycle IFS Cloud or similar ERP system implementations within a consultancy or systems integrator environment
  • Strong background in project management, with a successful track record of delivering complex projects for mid-to-large organisations
  • Fluency in English is essential
  • Excellent stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence and engage at all levels of an organisation
  • Deep understanding of ERP processes
  • Strong organisational skills with attention to detail and the ability to prioritise and manage multiple workstreams simultaneously
  • Willingness to travel to customer sites when required
