Job Description:

Deliver expert consultancy on IFS Cloud ERP implementations, with a focus on the HCM modules. Work closely with clients to gather business requirements, map processes, and design effective ERP solutions tailored to their operational needs. Configure and customise IFS Cloud modules to meet functional specifications. Support clients through all phases of implementation: from discovery and design to testing, training, and go-live. Act as a trusted advisor to clients, providing insights and recommendations to optimise business performance through IFS solutions. Collaborate with cross-functional project teams, ensuring seamless integration between business processes and the ERP system. Contribute to internal knowledge sharing and continuously develop your expertise in IFS Cloud and industry best practices. Support post-implementation reviews and provide ongoing client support where required.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in implementing or supporting IFS Cloud or similar ERP systems in a consultancy capacity
  • Deep knowledge and hands-on experience in HCM module areas
  • Strong business process understanding and the ability to translate requirements into effective ERP configurations
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build trust and influence stakeholders at all levels
  • Fluent English (written and spoken)
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with attention to detail
  • Willingness to travel to customer site as required by project demands
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team in a dynamic, fast-paced environment
