5+ years of experience supporting ERP or enterprise applications in a functional, application support, or consultant capacity
Hands-on experience with cloud ERP or enterprise resource planning platforms, preferably including IFS or a similar system
Strong knowledge of finance and operational business processes, including GL, AP/AR, procurement, manufacturing, or asset management
Proven ability to create and work from business requirement documents, support configuration management, and coordinate system changes
Solid technical skills in queries, troubleshooting, data analysis, and reporting
Experience supporting or integrating with CRM and HCM platforms

Job Responsibility

Provide day-to-day support for the IFS ERP platform across finance processes such as general ledger, accounts payable, and accounts receivable
Maintain application administration activities, including user access, system settings, security support, and environment oversight
Partner with business teams to gather, clarify, and document operational needs in the form of business requirement documentation
Drive user enablement by resolving process issues, answering functional questions, and identifying opportunities for continuous improvement
Support release planning, testing coordination, and post-deployment validation for upgrades, enhancements, and system changes
Troubleshoot application issues using queries, data analysis, and reporting tools to identify root causes and restore system performance
Assist with configuration management and process optimization across supply chain, procurement, manufacturing, and asset management workflows
Collaborate on integrations between ERP and related enterprise platforms, including HCM and CRM systems such as Dayforce and Salesforce
