Requirements:

  • Strong IFRS or US GAAP knowledge
  • Solid accounting foundation
  • Proven track record in financial controlling environments
  • IFRS Proficiency: Deep knowledge of IFRS standards (IFRS 3, IFRS 15, IFRS 16, IFRS 9)
  • Financial Control: Experience in maintaining a robust control environment, including balance sheet reconciliations, month-end close, and intercompany mismatch reporting
  • Statutory Compliance: Ability to manage audit deliverables (PBC) and coordinate with external tax advisors and local authorities
  • Consolidation: Experience in complex, multi-currency consolidations
  • Team Players: A core requirement for every role is focusing on team achievement rather than individual goals
  • Mentorship: Senior roles require a proven track record of supervising, mentoring, and developing direct reports
