Requirements:
Strong IFRS or US GAAP knowledge
Solid accounting foundation
Proven track record in financial controlling environments
IFRS Proficiency: Deep knowledge of IFRS standards (IFRS 3, IFRS 15, IFRS 16, IFRS 9)
Financial Control: Experience in maintaining a robust control environment, including balance sheet reconciliations, month-end close, and intercompany mismatch reporting
Statutory Compliance: Ability to manage audit deliverables (PBC) and coordinate with external tax advisors and local authorities
Consolidation: Experience in complex, multi-currency consolidations
Team Players: A core requirement for every role is focusing on team achievement rather than individual goals
Mentorship: Senior roles require a proven track record of supervising, mentoring, and developing direct reports
Stakeholder Management: Ability to build rapport with internal stakeholders, engagement leads, and external partners like banks and auditors
