60% to manage and lead regional Soft Service overall activity
Translate the global CRE vision and on services and workplaces to local requirements for soft services management for ASML
Together with expert suppliers make a translation of the vision and needs of the business to Strategy and master plan, polices, guidelines and end to end process for soft services
Responsible to implement with corporate CRE of uniform contract and performance management methods
Support the Regional Housing & Workplace Manager with the development of the (long term) transition management strategy and also the moving plan
Coaching IFM suppliers to accelerate their transformation
