Job Responsibility
Lead the delivery of integrated facilities management services across a complex estate
Manage a team of approximately 145 employees through three direct reports
Ensure operational performance and statutory compliance while managing KPIs and SLAs
Develop strong stakeholder relationships and drive continuous improvement initiatives
Oversee financial performance across the contract.
Requirements
Proven experience in leading Hard and Soft FM services within an IFM environment
Strong operational and stakeholder management skills
Ability to manage large teams through established management structures
A collaborative, people-focused leadership style
Commercial awareness and understanding of compliance and risk management.
