Job Responsibility:

  • Deliver expert consultancy on IFS Cloud ERP implementations, with a focus on Service and Maintenance, Supply Chain, Manufacturing, or other IFS Cloud modules
  • Work closely with clients to gather business requirements, map processes, and design effective ERP solutions tailored to their operational needs
  • Configure and customise IFS Cloud modules to meet functional specifications
  • Support clients through all phases of implementation: from discovery and design to testing, training, and go-live
  • Act as a trusted advisor to clients, providing insights and recommendations to optimise business performance through IFS solutions
  • Collaborate with cross-functional project teams, ensuring seamless integration between business processes and the ERP system
  • Contribute to internal knowledge sharing and continuously develop your expertise in IFS Cloud and industry best practices
  • Support post-implementation reviews and provide ongoing client support where required

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in implementing or supporting IFS Cloud systems in a consultancy capacity
  • Deep knowledge and hands-on experience in ERP module areas such as Service and Maintenance, Supply Chain, Manufacturing, or other IFS Cloud modules
  • Strong business process understanding and the ability to translate requirements into effective ERP configurations
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build trust and influence stakeholders at all levels
  • Fluent in English (written and spoken)
  • another Nordic language is an advantage but not a requirement
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with attention to detail
  • Willingness to travel to customer site as required by project demands
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team in a dynamic, fast-paced environment
