Job Description:

Job Responsibility:

  • Handle general client administration tasks
  • Process and monitor new business using CURO event lists
  • Create Client Review Packs as trained by the Administration Manager
  • Ensure Advisor Office is updated with all relevant information
  • Contact clients to book reviews in line with the client review process
  • Answering phones and handling inquiries
  • Draft and send post-meeting letters as required
  • Keep client Factfinds up to date
  • Ensure continual compliance with Health & Safety requirements
  • Maintain clean and organised data records

Requirements:

  • Experience as an administrator
  • Familiarity with relevant regulations and legislation
  • Prior experience using Xplan software
  • Highly organised with excellent communication skills
  • Broad experience in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, Excel)
  • Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy
  • Ability to manage time effectively and multitask
  • Remain calm when faced with conflicting demands
  • Open to change with a creative approach to problem-solving
  • Demonstrates a positive attitude towards work
