Job Responsibility:
Preparing annual review packs for clients
Managing and maintaining client records on CRM systems
Booking client appointments and managing advisers’ diaries
Drafting and sending post review letters and follow up correspondence
Maintaining accurate client documentation in line with regulatory standards
Providing administrative support to Financial Advisers
Assisting the wealth processing team with new business processing and provider chasing
Requirements:
Previous experience within the Financial Services industry (essential)
Strong organisational skills with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail
Ability to manage multiple tasks and work under pressure
Excellent communication skills
A professional, trustworthy, and team focused approach
