Job Description:

Assist the Test Day Supervisor in the set up, administration, and test taker supervision of the IELTS test.

Job Responsibility:

  • Assist the Test Day Supervisor in the set up, administration, and test taker supervision of the IELTS test
  • Use Clear spoken English and ease in reading aloud to a group

  • Undertake scheduled trainings
  • Work as part of the test day invigilation team to ensure the examinations are conducted in accordance with the IELTS/ OET policies and procedures at all times
  • setting up and breaking down of test rooms, following check-in procedures for candidates, distributing and collecting test materials, invigilating (proctoring) the test, handling misconduct/complaints of candidates
