If so, YOU could be our next Employment Consultant at our Reservoir, VIC site within our Inclusive Employment Australia Program.

Job Responsibility:

  • Support participants with disability to prepare for, find and maintain sustainable employment
  • Help participants see their strengths, overcome obstacles, and take on their new employment with a renewed sense of purpose
  • Provide creative solutions to overcome employment challenges
  • Be an advocate for inclusive hiring practices and workplace adjustments
  • Celebrate successful placements
  • Form partnerships with companies that are passionate about diversity and inclusion

Requirements:

  • Eligibility to work in Australia
  • A current driver’s licence and a comprehensively insured vehicle
  • A MyGovID (Standard level)
  • Willing to complete a National Police Check
  • Able to pass a Working with Children Check
  • Available to work Full-Time Monday to Friday 8:30am - 5:00pm
