Job Description:

The IDS Marketing Operations Analyst will assist to execute go to market customer needs including but not limited to supply and allocation strategies as well as customer demand management. This individual will play a critical role in the execution of short and long term business performance expectations based on supply availability to enable sales efficiency directly correlated with financial objectives. This role will require someone solution focused, action oriented and with strong analytical skills, willing to demonstrate customer centricity and proactive communication for possible impacts to customers or business objectives

Job Responsibility:

  • Leverage BD cross functional teams to identify possible impacts and offer solutions to customers and market based on inventory availability
  • Identify improvements to manual allocation process to accelerate sales and reach business objectives
  • Work constructively with internal functions primarily sales team, marketing communications and medical affairs
  • Drive growth by supporting conversion opportunities ensuring sales team has the tools and resources to enable rapid conversion from a product and supply perspective
  • Establish and maintain connection with IDS sales and marketing teams to share best practices across business lines to ensure seamless execution of mutual business objectives
  • Ensure that all activities are consistent with the BD core values and comply with relevant internal and external corporate, legal, regulatory, and ethical standards
  • Prepare needed reports thoroughly and deliver on time to the relevant team members (such as financials vs supply, forecast vs supply, allocation performance, etc)
  • Align regularly with supply chain organization to successfully identify gaps and build product supply needs
  • Provide critical skills for reduction and financial impact to improve product portfolio, backorder management and future opportunities (Project Recode support)
  • Engage and support key marketing initiatives based on business needs
  • Other duties as assigned

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Engineering, or a related field
  • 1+ years of relevant marketing/operations/supply chain experience in medical device industry preferred
  • Knowledge of working in a B2B environment
  • understanding of healthcare industry
  • exposure to cross-functional processes / requirements
  • Experience utilizing projecting management best practices with the ability to implement in a matrixed fast-paced scenario
  • Experience in developing strategy as well as demonstrating success in executing key initiatives
  • Demonstrated ability to work in a fast-paced environment with very little supervision
  • Resourcefulness and the ability to successfully manage multiple priorities are keys
  • Demonstrated ability to work cross-functionally
