Validation engineer will be primarily responsible for driveline subassembly and system DVP&R, execute analysis, data collection and create test reports. As well as being involved in maintaining all the driveline related rigs in the engineering lab.

Requirements:
Responsible for the driveline related DVP&R
Being involved in establishment of driveline test capability (including subassembly and system integration with eMotor and inverter)
Definition and execution of driveline subassembly and system validation plan and provide deliverables in time
Be responsible for testing of driveline related subassembly and system performance and function, analyzing/summarizing data, generating test reports, all in compliance with customer specifications and BorgWarner work instructions, assist R&D personnel to improve product design, puts forward related suggestions
Support on the sourcing, maintenance of testing instrument and equipment
Work with BorgWarner global test engineering group in the definition and implementation of new equipment’s specification
Interface with customers of the department effectively. Lead interaction with customers and suppliers, resolving any conflicts and ensuring appropriate escalation of issues for resolution as necessary
Participate in the lab management system maintenance in accordance of TS16949, ISO14001, ISO17025
