Job Description

We’re looking for a IDIQ Program Manager (IDIQ PM) with experience and knowledge for the overall execution of the SOF General Services Delivery (GSD) IDIQ contract. The PM will be responsible for overall execution of the SOF GSD IDIQ contract. The IDIQ PM serves as the focal point between HQ SSOCOM SOF Acquisition Technology, and Logistics (AT&L) personnel, and their company’s management regarding all issues and discrepancies. The IDIQ PM ensures full compliance with the terms and conditions of the contract and ensures that non-conforming contract services are corrected. In this position you will be part of the core team responsible for establishing processes and assigning appropriate resources to effectively administer the requirements. The IDIQ PM will respond to government requests for contractual actions. The IDIQ PM will provide two points of contact between the government and contractor personnel assigned to support contracts or task orders, as defined below. The IDIQ PM will assign work effort and maintain proper and accurate time keeping records of personnel assigned to work on the requirements. Working on this project requires being on site at the customer facility, fully integrated with the rest of the core SOF GSD team.

Requirements

  • 10 years’ total experience in USSOCOM assigned organizations, as military, Government civilian, or contractor
  • 5 years’ Program Management experience on a DoD Contract, ending not longer than 12 months prior to proposal submission
  • Master’s degree in Program Management or any Business-related field – OR – Graduate of a US Military War College that issues a Master’s Certificate and an additional 5 years’ (10 years’ total) experience in Program Management – OR – any Bachelor’s Degree and an additional 5 years’ (total of 15 years’) experience in USSOCOM assigned organizations, as military, Government civilian, or contractor
  • Project Management Professional (PMP) or DAWIA Level III PM certification – OR – an additional 5 years’ (total of 10 years’) Program Management experience on a DoD Contract

  • Assist in developing and maintaining program documentation, including Integrated Master Schedules (IMS), Work Breakdown Structures (WBS), Program Management Plans, risk registers, and monthly status reports
