iCapital is looking to hire an Identity and Access Management (IAM) Vice President, a senior technical and leadership position responsible for defining and executing the firm’s cloud and identity strategy. This role provides strategic and architectural guidance across cloud platforms and identity services to ensure alignment between enterprise security standards and business objectives. This individual carries significant visibility and influence, shaping how identity governance, access controls, and cloud-related best practices are implemented across a rapidly growing organization. The ideal candidate has strong communication skills and the ability to engage effectively with department leaders while promoting secure, scalable, and efficient identity processes. This role will be part of the Corporate Technology department and will work closely with the Corporate Applications and Security teams to advance enterprise-wide governance, operational controls, and technology standards.

Job Responsibility:

  • Drive the IAM governance program as a highly technical individual by managing and maintaining primary software, Saviynt and Okta
  • Leverage Python, SQL language, and API calls to facilitate automations within Saviynt and other identity tools
  • Manage and maintain birthright entitlements, access requests, and access certifications across all company departments
  • Manage and maintain onboarding and offboarding employee workflows and automations within Saviynt
  • Lead and mentor junior engineers to perform day-to-day tasks and maintenance on all systems

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in computer science, information technology, or equivalent work experience within the information technology field
  • 10+ years of experience within Identity and Access Management related positions
  • 10+ years of experience with Identity management and governance tools like Saviynt, SailPoint, Ping in addition to identity provider tools like Microsoft Entra ID and Okta
  • Experience with Python, SQL, and API calls and automations is required
  • Experience managing and maintaining birthright entitlements, privileged identity management (PIM), role-based access for provisioning and entitlements
  • Experience with SAML and Oauth single sign-on applications within Okta, as well as auto-provisioning and SCIM

Nice to have:

  • Certifications related to cloud platforms or Identity and Access Management are preferred
  • Experience working in a regulated and secure environment with required due diligence is preferred
  • Able to deliver clear and concisely written documentation for internal use across the firm
  • Confidence speaking on topics related to the role's responsibilities
