We are seeking a technology-focused Identity and Access Management professional to support the RIO IAM programme, which delivers global access management services across Vodafone. This role blends operational support of the SailPoint IdentityIQ platform with infrastructure support and early-stage L3 development exposure. It is well suited to individuals who enjoy problem-solving, collaboration across teams, and working in a large-scale enterprise IAM environment.
Job Responsibility
Monitor, maintain, and support the SailPoint IdentityIQ platform to ensure stability and performance
Troubleshoot IAM-related incidents and support integrations with enterprise systems and applications
Support compliance, audit, and access governance reporting activities
Provide L2/L3 support across servers, networks, and storage systems aligned to IAM services
Assist with patching, upgrades, and backup operations for IAM platforms
Collaborate closely with development, deployment, and support teams to deliver services within agreed timelines and support standards
Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives across IAM operations and support processes
Requirements
Graduate, with an engineering background preferred
Experienced in Identity and Access Management concepts, including user provisioning, access requests, access certification, RBAC, ABAC, and governance
Hands-on experience supporting SailPoint IdentityIQ, including integrations with Active Directory, LDAP, databases, cloud services, and third-party systems
Comfortable assisting with application-level debugging and issue resolution
Possess a basic working knowledge of databases and SQL queries
A strong communicator who works effectively with diverse, global stakeholders
