Inetum is looking for a motivated and detail-oriented IAM Junior Consultant to join their team and support key identity operations for critical clients in the financial sector.

Job Responsibility:

  • Manage user and e-banking accounts, access rights, and roles in line with established security policies
  • Support the provisioning and deprovisioning of access to systems, applications, and resources
  • Perform regular user access reviews to ensure alignment with compliance standards
  • Respond to basic IAM issues and service requests, escalating when necessary and collaborating with the wider team
  • Ensure that access requests are processed accurately and within contractual deadlines
  • Perform password resets and assist users via phone support
  • Answer client calls in a professional and efficient manner, ensuring high-quality user support
  • Participate in weekend and holiday standby rotations when required

Requirements:

  • Experience or training in a related technical or IT support role
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office tools
  • Familiarity with Active Directory, RSA and HID platforms (MFA)
  • Basic knowledge of Azure Entra ID and Microsoft 365 (O365)
  • Methodical, detail-oriented, and able to perform repetitive tasks with precision
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, especially by phone
  • Ability to prioritize tasks, work under pressure, and maintain a professional attitude
  • Fluent in French (B2 level) and English (B1 level minimum)
