As an Access and Identity Analyst you will be responsible for supporting and optimizing IAM systems to ensure the integrity and availability of authentication, authorization, and identity related services. You will work with peer service areas and technology owners globally in order to support new and existing integrations in regard to identity life-cycle and security. In addition, you will have the opportunity to work on special projects to consolidate and collapse over 200 Active Directory domains and migrate them to Okta / Entra depending on requirements.
Job Responsibility
Be the front-line support for our Identity CoE domain consolidations and all the various integrations that impact our end users
Work with support teams from all over the world to troubleshoot identity issues as it applies to user experience including but not limited to Login issues, Account resets, MFA resets and configuration, Identity flow issues, Log/error management, Documentation and training, Domain consolidation
Answer support calls and mange support tickets
Participate on new integrations to understand the nuances and complexities required to support the new customer or application
Ensure processing and response to IAM requests to deliver premium services to the organization
Support both enterprise and regional identity directories and the services they provide (Identity, application integration, replication, security, access mgmt, etc.)
Support various directories for these integrations including Active Directory and Azure Active Directory
Requirements
Ongoing studies in the area of Cybersecurity
A genuine interest to learn and develop in fields such as IAM,AD, OKTA and other related topics
A basic know-how of concepts, such as identity lifecycle management, Authentication vs. authorization concepts, Role-Based Access Control (RBAC) and least-privilege principles
Awareness of security practices (MFA, password policies, account lockouts)
Basic understanding of compliance/security importance (e.g., secure access to systems)
Hands-on know-how of AD user account management, groups, password resets
Know-how of Azure AD - cloud identity basics
Exposure to OKTA or similar IAM platforms
Analytical and problem-solving skills
Very good command of English - C1 level
This is a fixed-term contract of 1 year, with part-time involvement, with the possibility of extentsion after the initial period
