We are seeking a technology-focused Identity & Access Management professional to support the RIO IAM Programme, whose mission is to provide global access management for the entire Vodafone workforce. This role is ideal for someone with hands-on SailPoint IdentityIQ experience and a strong interest in IAM operations, infrastructure support, and entry-level development activities. The role contributes directly to standardising access, improving compliance, and ensuring secure lifecycle management of identities across Vodafone.
Job Responsibility
Monitor, maintain, and support the SailPoint IdentityIQ platform in line with operational and security standards
Troubleshoot IAM-related issues and support integrations with enterprise systems such as Active Directory, LDAP, databases, cloud services, and third-party applications
Support patching, upgrades, backup, and recovery activities for IAM platforms and underlying infrastructure
Assist with compliance activities, access certifications, and audit reporting
Provide L2/L3 support for servers, networks, and storage systems aligned to the IAM landscape
Support debugging and resolution of application-level issues, collaborating closely with development and deployment teams
Deliver agreed outputs within defined schedules and service-level expectations
Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives across support and development processes
Requirements
A graduate, with an engineering background preferred
Experienced in Identity and Access Management concepts, including user provisioning, access requests, access certification, RBAC, ABAC, and governance
Hands-on experience supporting SailPoint IdentityIQ in an enterprise environment
Comfortable working with infrastructure components and troubleshooting system-level issues
Familiar with databases and able to write basic SQL queries
A collaborative team player with strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively with onshore and offshore stakeholders
