Job Description

Identity & Access Management (IAM) Analyst onsite in Austin, TX. Contract-to-Hire position through Robert Half.

Job Responsibility

  • Manage user access lifecycle (joiner, mover, leaver)
  • Process and validate access requests, changes, and terminations
  • Troubleshoot provisioning issues and access discrepancies
  • Support role-based access control, least-privilege, and governance standards
  • Partner with security, IT, and business teams on access design
  • Assist with user access reviews, audits, and compliance documentation
  • Contribute to IAM initiatives (automation, workflows, role engineering)
  • Support Agile delivery using Azure DevOps or similar tools
  • Maintain documentation and identify process improvements

Requirements

  • 5 years in IAM, IT security, or access administration
  • Experience with IAM tools (SailPoint preferred)
  • Knowledge of Active Directory and Microsoft Entra ID
  • Experience with ServiceNow and Agile tools (Azure DevOps)
  • Understanding of access governance, SOX, and internal controls
  • Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills

Nice to have

  • SailPoint IdentityIQ experience
  • IAM automation, APIs, or integrations exposure
