Job Description:

Are you an ICU Pharmacist looking for a rewarding locum role in West London? We have an exciting opportunity for you to join a prestigious private hospital where your specialist ICU knowledge can make a real difference. This is a full-time locum post, Monday to Friday, 09:00–17:30. The initial contract is for 3 months starting in June, with strong potential to extend depending on service needs and performance.

Job Responsibility:

Deliver advanced clinical pharmacy services to adult ICU patients
Monitor, manage, and optimise drug therapies
Attend and contribute to daily multidisciplinary ward rounds
Support other departments such as surgery when needed
Collaborate closely with ICU staff and prescribers to improve outcomes
Maintain accurate, evidence-based clinical records

Requirements:

A current and valid GPhC registration
Hospital pharmacy experience is essential
ICU experience is required – this is a specialist role
Excellent communication and clinical decision-making skills
A commitment to delivering high-quality patient care
