Job Description:

As an ICT Technical Account Manager you will be responsible for performing Presales Analysis and presenting Solutions for Vodafone’s ICT services to Private Corporate customers (Cloud, Integration & Infrastructure solutions as well as Software as a Service products). The job holder will have the opportunity to develop expertise in new technologies/services (e.g.. IaaS, SaaS, PaaS, Integration services etc) and work closely with a wide network of key accounts.

Job Responsibility:

  • Perform daily visits (physical or digital) to investigate & analyse Corporate Customer needs so as to propose the technical solution that meets customer requirements.
  • Lead the technical and commercial discussion both with customers and internal organization. Be responsible for the preparation and presentation of Solution Propositions and RFP responses.
  • Liaise thoroughly with Internal and External business Partners, in order to deliver flawless Technical Solutions
  • Achieve Sales Targets by co-operating with Corporate Account Managers
  • Earn Customer Loyalty by becoming the long-term contact of choice for the customer’s Digital Transformation journey and IT solutions lifecycle.

Requirements:

  • Previous working experience in a similar position in a Telecommunications or IT company
  • Ability to understand the customer’s IT operation model and propose solutions related to ICT e.g. Private and Public Cloud (Azure), Microsoft Modern Workplace & Security, EndPoint Security (MS Defender) as well as Integration services for the above
  • Experience in technical, both in Greek and English
  • Ability and interest to learn about the latest business services and products.
  • Very good interpersonal skills and ability of fluent communication with customers and partners.
  • Strong results orientation, attention to detail & flexibility to work under pressure & tight timelines
