You’ll be the go-to tech expert at Head Office, supporting end users, ensuring our systems are running smoothly and securely, and helping us keep our workplace tech at the cutting edge. Reporting to the Global IT Director, we’re looking for someone proactive, solutions-focused, and excited to work in an agile environment with innovative tools.

Job Responsibility:

  • Providing on-the-ground tech support for our HQ team and corporate functions
  • Troubleshooting IT hardware including laptops, desktop stations, monitors, video conferencing equipment, and printers
  • Supporting SaaS applications used across the business and liaising with third-party vendors to resolve system issues
  • Monitoring cybersecurity risks and taking proactive action to mitigate them
  • Managing the office network environment – routers, switches, Wi-Fi, and VPN
  • Ensuring SOX-compliant user access provisioning and reporting
  • Staying up to date with tech trends and bringing innovative support ideas to the table

Requirements:

  • Strong experience in ICT support, ideally in a fast-paced corporate or HQ environment
  • Confident troubleshooting both Windows and macOS systems
  • Experience supporting mobile devices (Android and iOS)
  • Solid knowledge of Microsoft 365 and Google Workspace
  • Understanding of cybersecurity best practices
  • Strong communication skills, able to explain technical concepts clearly and confidently
  • A self-starter who works autonomously and follows through with proactive problem-solving and escalation
  • A team player who thrives in a collaborative, high-energy office environment
